To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to start a return:
Email us at your store contact email with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
